Vår första lager - nästan en münchener, om det inte vore för humlen - Galaxy, Hallertau Blanc och El Dorado. Några av mina favorithumle, (tre av hundratals). Tänk dig känslan att gå i en amerikansk storstad i september. Skyskraporna och molnen täcker himlen så att det är som att gå i natten, mitt på dagen. Ungefär så smakar en "Lights in the night".

Our first lager _ almost a münchener, if it was'nt for the hops - Galaxy, Hallertau Blanc and El Dorado hops. Some of my favorite hops (three of hundreds). Imagine the feeling of walking in a big American city in September. The skyscrapers and clouds cover the sky so that it is like walking in the night, in the middle of the day. This is roughly what a "Lights in the night" tastes like.
